Edit your post to say you were LUCKY with those shots with the knives or something,
because while you can create anything, it doesn't mean you're an instant master in the use of every weapon ever.
Throwing knives being one particularily hard weapon to understand enough to pierce the heads on several beings near simultaneously without missing a shot, lol.
